Sign up for our summer reading challenge during the month of June. You may register online (click on Reading Challenge tab, above) or at the library during public library hours. Here is how it works; sign-up, check out a book, read it, and then upon returning it, you will receive a prize.

On Friday, July 11th, we hosted an amazing raptor show, on the front lawn of the school. Our presenters were from the Southern Vermont Natural History Museum and we had an awesome turnout from the community. A special thanks to the VT Department of Libraries, who in part, funded this program with a grant.

It looks like it’s going to be a beautiful day, so we plan to do it outside, bring a lawn chair or blanket. There will be some chairs provided.
This program introduced robotics by building and programming LEGO models featuring working motors and sensors. The supplies for this program were provided by the UVM Extension 4H Science Initiative program.
Project Micro is sponsored by UVM College of Medicine Microscopy Imaging Center. Project Micro exposes children to the wonders of their microscopic world. It was so nice having them at the library!
